Our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team is leading on wide-ranging initiatives to make Primient an industry leader in all aspects of EHS - from switching away from coal power to providing a psychologically safe working environment.
The PSM Manager will drive and support process safety management initiatives at the Decatur facility, in line with the global EHSS Management System and the COMAH/OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP).
Together with the operations, engineering and maintenance teams the PSM Manager will improve overall PSM performance of the facility.
This individual will work on projects of varying scope that will encompass multiple aspects of PSM (Hazard identification, Hazops, Bow Tie Analysis, Scenario Based Auditing, Incident Investigation) for a facility with 600 employees and contractors.

Responsibilities:
Corporate Process Safety Manager Coordinate compliance efforts in line with COMAH/OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM)and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) rulesEmbed a PSM Management System at the facilities and develop local knowledgeProvide regulatory interpretation and technical support on process safety matters and site projectsCoordinate collection and maintenance of Process Safety Information (PSI) with plant personnel Introduce Process Safety Performance indicators into the facilitiesDetermine appropriate process hazard analysis methodology based on scope of work and proposed Management of Change (MOC)Coordinate PHA revalidation scheduling and employee participation with plant personnelOversight of Process Safety Critical Asset Integrity program at the facility.
Development of Major Accident Response PlansImplement a sustainable uniform format for developing and updating Operating ProceduresEstablish a culture of program ownership through employee participation by collaborating with employees on their roles and responsibilities within process safety managementCoordinate process safety training needsCoordinate review of contractor PSM qualificationsProvide oversight to MOC by maintaining and auditing MOC and Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) records and proceduresCoordinate review and follow-up of Mechanical Integrity inspection reports Champion facility siting process to embed requirements into an effective management systemCoordinate a sustainable approach to PSM self-audits and inspectionsCoordinate site's record keeping process for tracking and closing PHA and audit action itemsParticipate in process safety incident investigationsAnalyze process safety incidents and trends and develop strategic goals for implementationABOUT YOUBachelor's Degree required (prefer Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
