Job Description:
Permanent position: Regional Sanitation Manager is needed for a leading food manufacturing organization near Charleston, IL.
The Regional Sanitation Manager is responsible for evaluating current plant sanitation activates, identifying areas for improvement, and driving initiatives which lead to sanitation optimization within the plants.
Qualified candidates must have a BS Degree, preferably in food science or chemistry.
Candidates lacking a degree with strong applicable experience may be considered.
Candidate can be expected to travel 75% of the time, mainly throughout IL.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Out client also has Regional Sanitation Manager positions near Janesville, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities for the Manager Plan and execute daily, weekly, and master sanitation inspection and cleaning activities; Conduct sanitation training for all plant personnel Direct and facilitate the activities of the sanitation team members to assure compliance to regulatory agencies Develop and implement continual improvement sanitation systems, policies, and procedures Actively participate in internal sanitation and GMP self-assessment processes and assure adequate short and long term corrective actions; Participate in external third party audits Provide continual leadership and guidance to team members for the purpose of increasing their effectiveness; Promote plant and sanitation safety programs and procedures that are in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements Requirements for the Manager 3+ years' experience as Sanitation Manager within a food manufacturing facility with multiple product lines Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or other relevant fields of study is required Certifications in Food Safety and Sanitation are preferred Ability to travel 75% of the time to regional plants As needed, ability to work with off shift sanitation teams Benefits Bonus potential Comprehensive benefits 401 K with match Relocation assistance

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
